Meet the owner
Hilary Sanchez
Hello, my name is Hilary! I am the proud owner of Bella & Company Salon. My love for the Beauty Industry began when I was a little girl in my mother's salon. I guess you can say “like mother, like daughter.” My career began in 1997 as a manicurist at James Dastra, and I then worked as a assistant to Tammy Sites at La Chic Boutique. From 1998 to 2002, Tammy taught me a lot about the industry, and she also taught me hair color. I am truly thankful for the knowledge she shared with me. I became a educator for Artec and Wella. In 2002, I began working at New Creation's by Dawn.
In 2006, I accomplished one of my biggest goals when I opened Bella de Salon! Through the years, my salon has grown in size, clientele, and the number of stylists, but one thing has stayed the same…the love and passion I have for the beauty industry! A new vision led me to create " Bella & Company Salon" in 2020, and I am excited for what the future holds for my amazing team as together, we create outstanding services and exceptional customer service for our clientele.
My specialty is hair color; it's one of the ways I can be an artist and create amazing looks for my clients. One of the most important things as a stylist and salon owner is to offer myself and my team continuous education. I pride myself on staying current with the ever-changing techniques, technology, and the latest trends in the beauty industry.
I'm here to be the best leader I can be. I'm here to support my team and hold them accountable so that each of them can reach their fullest potential. This is my main goal and I'm determined to make it happen.
Along with my family of Bella Beauties, I am blessed with three beautiful children and a very supportive husband. When I"m not at the salon you will find me at a field hockey, soccer, football, baseball, basketball game or at a track meet. My favorite thing is spending time with my family and friends and walking my dog Chase (a havapoo). No matter how busy my life might get, I make it a point to slow down and be present in each moment. This helps me to find the perfect balance and appreciate the beauty and simplicity that life has to offer.

Alycia Angstadt
Master hair stylist & Nail artist
As a little girl, Alycia's passion for the beauty industry was born in her grandmother's beauty salon. She's been rocking this industry for over 25 years. Alycia loves to offer her clients multiple services to meet all their needs. Her specialty is creating fun short-edgy haircuts complemented by the perfect color for her clients.
Alycia fiercely loves her pit bull, Billie Rae. Her favorite vacation spot is going to the beach. You can catch her enjoying taking care of her many many house plants, or knitting or crocheting while keeping up on her latest reality tv.

Michele Thomas
Salon Manager
Esthetician • Makeup & Lash artist • Wig specialist
Full of talents, Michele has been in the beauty industry for over 35 years. As an esthetician, she is very passionate about providing her clients with the finest techniques and the most up-to-date skincare technology. As a makeup and lash artist, she loves bringing the glam. As our salon manager, Michele's passion for supporting the Bella Team is always evident. She is a huge component that keeps the salon running smoothly!
Michele has now earned her certification as a wig specialist, further enhancing her expertise. She is committed to providing her clients with the best techniques and the latest advancements in wig technology.
When Michele isn't pampering her adorable Poochon Izabella, she's tending to Furgy her beloved fig plant, or working on her vibrant flower pots by the pool. Despite her love for all things glam, pink, and sparkly, Michele cherishes her time in the mountains listening to waterfalls and soaking in the beauty of nature.
